Last thing on my list before I can buy everything I need to rebuild my engine...
My pistons look like this:
With 'O' on the rings and '<<40' on the piston. Does this mean my pistons are oversized by 40 thou (and hence my cylinders bored out)? The rings would be standard ('O') to these new pistons, not the originals?
Could anyone recommend to me where I can purchase replacement rings? My engine is a 326, and most parts sites I've searched do not stock them for the 326... I'm buying a pair of cylinder heads from Butler and even they said they couldn't source any for me...
