Took the car for a safety inspection in order to get registration ( moved to Ontario). Problem was no defroster , no sticker. The heater was disconnected years ago, I remember that the fan was functioning. I checked the relay on the inside passanger side and there is power, power also to the switch ? Must be a bad ground but I cant follow the brown wire that runs off the switch. I hate electrical problems, anybody experienced something like this and can give me some ideas.
