Quick thoughts... -no gas in the gas tank -air from tank not allowed to escape (vent/vacuum situation) -kink in the fuel line -blockage in fuel line -clogged fuel filter -bad fuel pump, or fuel pump installed wrong
Have you disconnected the fuel line before the carb, cranked it and checked for fuel?
