Over 1000 cars showed up today. I took second place in my class. Would have won until a '74 Super Duty T/A pulled in next to me. The Owner had invested over 100k into it. It looked like brand new, but who's going to sink that kindo of cash into a secon gen? There were about 30 first gen Camaros, three second gen Firebirds, and two fgf's. The red fgf was an HO clone. There were a number of issues with that one. There were about 40 GTO's of all ages. About a dozen Mopars and a couple dozen Mustangs and Cougars. Two or three Olds and Buicks.
I posted some pics on my photobucket.
This was the first time I have ever had a car judged. So it will be interesting to get the feedback forms. I understand they mail them out in a week or two.
