Do yourself a favor and research this topic. It seems for some reason everyone makes this mistake, self included, of trying to stuff tires that are just too big under our FGF. For example, I bumped up to 15" Rally IIs and went with 225/15/70. Bottom line is this, for my setup which is almost completely stock, 225s are too big, both front and back rub under certain conditions.
The front rub when turning the wheel all the way in either direction. The back rub when people are in the back seat and you go over a dip in the road. Both of which are annoying IMO. Other people are willing to put up with an ocassional rubbing just to have the bigger rubber. Not me...
Personally, I do like the 15" Rally IIs vs. the 14s. However, I would only go with a 215/70 if I were to do it over. I beleive they would fit almost perfectly. Just my $.02
