I will take action on this once received, or discuss with the bodyman.
I had wondered why the ground strap showed no signs of being used...It appears to have not been connected to the F/W ever. I will forward this info to help resolve while in his hands. It will be some time but I will let you know how it went.

I will give you a shout when this info is acted upon.
