I had the same problem. There are adjustments for "in-out", "front to back" and "tilt" when you remove the rear 1/4 covers you'll see the track and regulator assy. The adjuster for tilt, which is what I suspect you need to adjust, is at the bottom. Then lubricate the track and make sure the rollers aren't broken.
