Is there supposed to be a rubber or plastic gasket between the trunk lid and the spoiler pedestals on a 69 T/A style spoiler?? Where can they be purchased if so? The ends of the spoiler come awfully close to contacting my rear quarters when closing the trunk and I'm not convinced that the thin pads under the ends are going to be enough protection for the paint!!
