I have a Millermatic 210. Yea its 220v but I have made a heavy duty extension cord so I can pull it all over my garage. Have used both .023 and .030 wire with it. Both weld nicely but for car sheet metal work the .023 wire is easier to control for burn through. Looking back a 110v would do the job most of the time other than welding on my tractors. Just stay away from the "discount" models. The couple extra bucks for a Miller or Lincoln will be money well spent.
