in reasembling mine what i learned is this, i would check to see if the front is square and no damage to the frame. the bumper bracket on the dr side might has too much tilt towards the hood and the pass is too low. loosen them and raise the pass alittle and lower the dr side. eye them for levelness. the metal panel that fits along the bumper has to be loosend in the back there are 2 bolts on the brackets loosen and it will slide side to side. there are 2 rubber type pads that bolt to the panel they need to be loosend so you can slide the panel. chances are the light buckets are our of adj also. so you are better off removing the bumper set every thing up for the hood fitment to the panel. first loosen the light brackets there are 3 bolts in back; then replace the bumper with the plastic grills adjust the lights to the plastic grills. hope some of this helps.
