Clay, they look to be of good quality. Check the inside seams, and check them against each others for similarities to make sure they will match well (insert panels the same size, grain running the same direction etc)
I'd say if you look it over carefully and all looks good, nothing stands out, you should be good to go. I would think they would be just fine. Looks good in the pictures and the comfortweave pattern looks similar to others I've seen in person...
Either have them stored inside or make sure the work area is warm. If you have a heat gun that helps... they are easier to install and manipulate when the covers are warmer.
