I have the original one off my '67 right in front of me. I am about 90% sure it's original and not a repop.
The base has the letters HA 61071 and on the other side has CAV X-2.
The mirror does not have anything on the back side, but the glass has 4-DCA-4 (printed backwards) on it.
I am not going to use this mirror, so if anyone is interested in it, please let me know. It is loose around the swivel point, but otherwise is in great condition.
