not sure if same as on 69? but bottle on 69 goes on the back side of the radiator support on the drivers side. You might find some "extra" holes there to attach bracket to?
Cant send pics because I modified ine to have an overflow bottle in that spot ,then w/s washer bottle attached to it.
hoses go along where the inner fender attaches to the outer (at least on mine).
