68tpls400 is right, the ground would be the only thing common to all three functions. If it was just the turn signal/brake lights/hazards on that side, then the the turn signal switch could be at fault. Reverse lights also don't work?

But, both sides of the tail lights, (running lights) are spliced together. The splice could be bad, but I doubt it.
