Did you ever get your horns figured out. I'm in the same boat. I think I need a new relay. Before I disconnected my horns they would occaisonally honk out of the blue (usually with the wheel turned hard. I decided to get a new front light harness (already replaced the engine harness) and thought I would try to get the horns to work.
