while not beginning until 2018 it will be repealled by those interested in seeing it die. the timeline will only give state governments more time to tie it up in litigation. lol just what i want to see. more of my taxdollars going to waist to fight tax dollars going to waist. kinda like a dog chasing its own tail!!
