we had a deal like that 6,7 yrs ago...a broken meter....
Ok...if my meter is broken and it reads the same amount as it did back in Feb, how can the city get a reading as this and charge me $461 when the meter still reads 7755?
The meter was replaced in 2006 or so and I believe it can be read from outside.
