In addition to what catalina stated, I would opt for a new starter as well considering this one is 10 year old! I know you can get a stock type starter at AutoZone for $34.99 with a lifetime warranty no less. I had the same one in the Bird for more than 5 years and never a single issue. So for that kind of money and the fact that you already have it out of the car, why not?
