I want to convert my AM radio to FM but want to keep the radio stock.

I have heard that you can buy a FM converter that will let your AM radio pick up FM signals.

I have found some on ebay but they all seem to be for japanese car conversion.

Does anyone know what I need to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
