Yeah really. Just be on the watch for those "undocumented visitors" that like to text while driving while in the US ILLEGALLY!!! I did find out one interesting thing about texting and driving.

Even if it isn't illegal in your state, your cell phone records can still be used against you in the event you were in fact texting and driving. People think because it's not illegal it is ok, not true. Our attorney moving forward with a massive law suit against the "undocumented visitor" & her auto ins. that rear ended us.

I havn't spoke of it much on here but I did end up with 6 ruptured discs in my back from the accident. Been going to PT for 6 months now, injections and soon surgery on two of the lowest discs in my back.

Bottom line, I may someday be able to quit worrying about losing our home and be able to take my wife on a vacation for the first time EVER in 23 years of being together.

So yeah, one "undocumented visitor" who was texting and driving but did however have auto ins. through GEICO (appearently the little geckko(s) does speak Spanish) has now admitted to all of the above and she will be deported once the lawsuit has been finalized (prob three years from now but oh well)...
