1)Get the softest (organic) pads available. NO ceramic. 2)Make sure you use brake "grease" during assembly. Its really sticky stuff you use on the backs of the pads during assembly. 3)"scratch up" the rotor surface by sanding diagonally across the surface in both directions, or use a rotary air sander to lightly scuff the surfaces...just to remove any glaze that may have developed, and to help the new pads seat. 4) scratch up the surface of those new pads just a bit. my 2 cents...
...and make sure the retainer clips are installed.
