I have the same black jack headers. They show up on e-bay regularly for about $60. I believe PY sells them for about the same price.

The paint is only to prevent rust during shipping and storage. It needs to be stripped off and repainted with hi-temp paint. I did it and my hi-temp paint job failed as well.
