My local AutoZone has them for a 67 for $13

Ignition switch

Your right about the locks though, I read 'set' and figured it was all of them...

They also carry the cylinder sets for $23

Lock sets

I am not sure about those for the 67 thought. I was unable to find the correct key style for the 67 listing. Not sure if they are the same as a 68. You'll need to check on that.
