Our Bird had a goofy wheel when we bought it. Pulled in the driveway, went in the house got my tools, came back out and pulled the wheel off. Wife asks me, "do you have another one to put on", I said no, she says, how we going to drive it without a wheel, I said we don't!

Went in the house, fired up Ebay on the PC, searched, found and bought the correct 68 Deluxe wheel on the spot. Few days later we had the correct wheel and went for a drive. LOL

During those days of waiting for the wheel, off came all the alluminum hoses under the hood, chrome fender supports, chrome air cleaner, bright green battery etc. And for the next 10 years it was search, buy and install correct/original parts. LOL
