As a relative new guy I wanted to tell you that 99% of the ribbing these guys give is just in fun. They are all good guys and they have tons of knowledge. In the end you have to do what makes you happy although the longer you hang around this site the "purist" thing tends to rub off. Keep pecking away at it.
