That was my first time seeing a Firebird. The first Firebird I owned, 1979, was 1970 Formula 400. Always liked those better than the TA's, good performance and suspension, but much more understated, more my style. THAT was a chick magnet too!
My current 68- one of my neighbors was an older gent that passed away, his son had a couple cars in the garage he had to move since he was losing his storage. He kept the 81 TA (UGLY, hate that flat front end!) and sold me the 68.
Making progress, I'll be glad when it's a dependable, reliable car!
