I have a set of 6X heads that I want to prep for rebuild. I have read about baking heads for removal of oil, sludge, carbon etc. Does anyone know how well the process removes buildup in the internal passages? I have a kiln and bead blaster and just need a temperature recommendation and length of time for baking.
