$2500 sounds like an ok deal if you plan to fix it up yourself and keep it. You'll likely be into it for more money than you could get out of it if you sold it after you did all the work it needs. You'll probably find alot of rust issues at the base of the windshield/top of the cowl. You won't know how bad it is until you remove the front fenders. Nothing unusal really though as it's a typical problem area for these cars as is the rear window channel and the trunk floor. If you want a 4 speed car it'll cost you and your the only one that knows how much it's worth to you. Figure $3K for the change over. Worth it in a $2500 car?
