yes its relative.....I`m in Houston now and think its cold here....but one of the reasons I`m here is because my military service in Sweden..in the winter of (febr) 1964, we broke some 40 yr old cold records and we were camping out in tents, it was -40F (=-40C) and I DID NOT like it!
