Just curious............I have a 69 Convertible and was wondering if all the 69 Birds--convertible or coupe, came prepped from the factory to have AC installed without major redesign needed to the firewall and engine compartment. I have not seen a Bird with AC and was considering having it put in depending on the expense and the work involved. Not sure what to be looking for under the hood. I would like to be able to take my car out on even the hottest days in the summer. Does the interior dash have to get ripped out and replaced??? I've got no idea. Anyone out there done this? Any insights as always are very appreciated.
