David,For the ignition you need to put the key in,turn it to the left and find someting small and long enough to put inside the tiny hole on the ignition and press it in(you should be able to press/depress,if not you are not in the right position)and as you press in,pull out the ignition cylinder with the key. Then remove the ignition ring, wiring harness,etc...The lighter you need to reach in from behing and unplug the harness and spin the housing counterclockwise as you are holding the exterior part of the lighter socket and when that is unscrewed ,remove the bezel and socket. For the light switch you need to remove the harness from behind(you may need to drop the steering column and remove the gauges and panel to do this and for the above mentioned removals,it would make for easier access to the backsides of all of them)unplug the harness and there is a release button you need to depress and as you hold it in,pull the entire light handle out, remove the ring and it should come out.I believe it is the same for the wiper switch as well but it has been a long time since i last removed mine and i'm not 100% sure if it had a depress button on it or if the knob just comes off and then you remove the ring behing the knob.Good luck, hope this helps you out a bit.
