wow...thanks for all the info everyone!! This is the first Pontiac I'm restoring, I'm a Mustang guy actually, currently finishing up a 71 Boss 351 but I couldn't pass up this 68 bird. There's just no Pontiac guys around my area to ask any tech questions too. As for the pink/yellow wires, yes...they do terminate into one "U" connector, which I'm guessing goes to the positive terminal on coil which makes me think this is the wires leading from the ignition switch?
