Hopefully somebody could help....On my 68 Firebird after I drive for a while and stop...When I go to restart the car the Temp warning lightis inevitably goes on. The light has never gone on while I am driving or even idling at a stop or traffic light. As noted above when I go to restart the car, the dash warning light goes on and stays on from anywher from a few seconds to maybe 30-60 seconds after I start driving. Do you know the cause or fix for this? I have tried changing my thermostat and radiator cap....this has not helped...I am thinking of changing the temp sending unit next.. Please let me know what can be causing this light to go on momemtarily, up to 30 seconds after I start driving again.
