The TH400 mounting bracket is the same for the 200R4. The TH350 bracket isn't right. Having said that, I still had to modify the mounting holes slightly on the TH400 bracket that I purchased.
Yoke is the same.
Everything is the same for the shifter except you need to change the detent plate (for the extra gear) and the indicator plate in the console. Check out www.shiftworks.com. Their conversion kit was excellent and the console still looks "factory".
If there's anything else you're wondering about, let me know. I'm really happy with the results. I'm running about 2800 rpms at 70mph with 3.55 ratio.
