The base Victor EFI system is batch fire and requires PROM burning via Edelbrock.
I think that if someone was willing to study it enough, an EFI system off of a 4th gen F-body could be mated with one of Edelbrock's EFI manifolds with an elbow adaptor for the F-body throttle body. In fact, I spoke to someone at Summit Racing who is trying to adapt a Mustang 5.0 system to a Pontiac. This route requires a $350 dollar tool, software and probably a stand alone wideband 02 sensor for tuning.
