Good stuff guys, exactly what I was looking for. TOHCan , I read somewhere that 86 & later were stronger than the previous 200's & excellent for bullet proofing. Also would stand up to some racing if not in the tens. That 4th gear ratio is really appealing as most of my driving is highway and the 950 holley loves the juice. I'll give a short description of what wil be in front of this tranny:
462 cu.in, between 450 & 500 hp.(our own estimate as haven't dynoed it yet) and did 12:57 first time out in the 1/4 on stock 14" tires. More replys welcome. Much appreciated benny
