Chevy 12 bolt rearends were installed in 67-69 Camaro's with all Hipo packages and mandatory for Z-28. And they could be special ordered on any Camaro. They fit into firebirds with only a U-joint change and the Firebird rearend will fit in the Camaro with the U-joint change. It will fit 67-69 Camaro and 66-67 Nova. The 70 and up Camaro rearend is about an inch or two wider. The 67-69 rearends bring very high dollar espicaly if it is a true 4 series possi and not a 3 series with a spacer. Like the others have said, it should be worth around $1500-$2000 and his open rearend. Unless he is a good freind. Then what ever you feel comfortable with.
