It all depends on if you plan on keeping it or not. If you want a 69 400 4spd then it's worth fixing. If not, then it's worth selling and buying what you do want. I have a 68 that I think is worth fixing, other people, like my grandfather, would say that its not. If you have the ability to fix a lot of it then I say fix it. If not then you might be better off selling it and putting that money toward one that is done.
