They both look a whole lot better than what was left of my '67. The trickiest part to deal with is down along the bottom of the rear quarter wher the rust creeps up the wheel well lip. That is a real inaccessable space and needs to be taken car of with new metal. It would be nice to keep the overall integrity of the body by not replacing panels, but you may need to do some exploratory cutting to see what you really have.
How do the inner and outer wheel wells look? Likely not too bad based on what I see from the body.
