Depends on if it's a solid roller or a hyd roller. More than likely the pushrod is laying in the lifter valley. They rarely end up in the oil pan, at least not in one piece. Probably just have to retrieve it and put it back on and you'll be good to go. At least that's what your builder is hoping for. Odd that the guide plate broke though.
