Got it. There is a small sliding clip to unlock extending arm and then you hold up the wiper arm and pry under the arm with a screw driver. I used a plastic trim tool to lever against so the cowl did not get scratched. I will post some pics later. These "special order wipers" are called articulated windshield wipers.
