The '67 font color is a bit more green-blue to match the '67 dash (speedo) letter colors.
The '68's had more of a gun-metal-blue to match the '68 dash.
Size and everything else is about the same. Physically, they will interchange. I sat a '67 radio right next to a '68 a couple of months back, and you could hardly tell the difference. You would really need to know what you are looking for to tell the difference once they are installed.
