I'm still mindreading on this one because you offer zero information. The only sure thing I can see is a pos carb in the picture, enough for me to hit the 'next' button.
What prompted me is I feel bad about the glass adustmetn post. All I would have had to do is say in is out and out is in.
Pretending that I'm standing there listening to the car running, The first thing I would do is make note of the timing, in order to reset it, and advance it a degree or so. I know it sounds pretty basic but I'm not a very fart smeller. I would also check the advance, both vacuum and mechanical.
As for feedback on that garbage carb, you need to throw it away and get a real performance carb, or ask someone else.
