Brian, I think all the 4 leaf springs were the HD set. They were supposed to be the 126lb springs. I think you could get 126lb springs in 5 leaf too but I'm not sure why they offered both. I was under the car today(ALL DAY!!!) and mine are 4 leafs going forward of the spring plates and 3 going back. I think the same ones you have.
