I ran a junk yard 350 2bbl in my car for a while, then built a nice QJ, and used a stock intake manifold. I was not impressed. I believe that I over carbureted the motor. It ran fine, very reliable, easy to tune, but it wasn't anymore exciting to drive. I would not do that again.
