Piece of cake. Look for 15 inchers off of 2nd Gen Firebirds and '70's GTO's with the 4-3/4 bolt pattern and 4.5 inch backspacing. Wheels off of "big" Pontiacs won't fit your wheel studs.
235/60-15 inch tires will give you a combination that is about the same diameter as the stock 14 inch wheel/tire combos without being wide enough to rub on anything. They fill the fenders well and will clear aftermarket disc brake conversions.
If you do research here and don't mind having different tire sizes front to rear, you can go bigger on the rear tires.
