I have been running LED lights in my dash, hood tack, dome, under dash, turn signal, and marker lights for about 7 years now. I had an issue seeing the original gauage lights at night. For the gauges, I use green led's and have black faced gauges. Also, 7 years ago I made some LED taillights (before they were available for our car). Acutually built circuits on circuit board and actually had them sequence for turn signals. The issue is the sequencer I used needed the load of the incandecent, so I would have had to add dummy loads. I made it work, but never put it in the car. But for the rest of the lights, they sure did make a difference. Of course, you can't dim them, but my issue before of not being able to see them is gone!
I know that washing and waxing my car with the present condtion of my paint is like polishing a turd.....but it's my turd and I want it polished!
