What is fact is that Obamacare was promoted based on false data, false assumptions and false promises. This is not from any chain email but based on my having followed it before, during and after it was passed.

Americans were told that if they like their plan, they could keep it. That was not true.

Americans were told their insurance premiums would drop significantly. That was not true.

Americans were told it would cost less that $1 trillion. That was not true.

Americans were told it would improve healthcare. That was not true.

Americans were told the negotiations would be broadcast on TV. That was not true.

And, to get the final vote from a Congressman Stupak, he and Americans were told it would not fund abortions. That was not true.

It creates over 150 new government agencies, needs thousands of IRS employees to enforce it and gives government massive new access to your personal information.

It raises taxes, slashes Medicare, tramples religious freedom, will drive out medical professionals, stifle new medical technology innovation, has forms of death panels, and creates rationing.

It is one of the main, if not the main reason the nation’s unemployment remains high.

It is opposed by an overwhelming percentage of Americans. 2/3 now want it repealed/struck down by SCOTUS.

It is unconstitutional and I am confident, despite the activist justices, will be struck down by SCOTUS.
