Never mind i just looked at your link. mine wasnt like that at all. Or now i have to go though all my stuff to see if i have a plate assembly like that.. lol
I have no license plate bracket, holder, etc on my car. I just have 2 holes in the rear panel under the opening for the gas cap.
Looks like what I need is the Door Assy on the 1969 firebird assembly drawing that was posted above. I was thinking that if the camaro assembly was close, I could work out some kind of bracket/adapter to make it work...only because the camaro part is cheaper and more readily available.
