Thanks everyone for the help. Got it fixed. It was a little bit of everything you all suggested. Filler hose rotted away and top of the gas tank sending unit was bent and nearly gone.

that and along with a few other things but shes back on the road. Unfortunately I had to miss the Saratoga show but there is always next year.
